means that from now on you can choose only those real estate services you want/need as a homeseller. Accordingly, you decide what value you place on these services. HAVEN Realtors gives real estate customers what they may have always wanted but could not have before: a True Choice.
In the era of Internet, people have broad access to information. Today's
homeseller
can use the same marketing tools that were formerly only available to
real estate brokers and agents. Some sellers no longer need or want the
standard services and fees offered by traditional brokers. We see more
and more homesellers reluctant to pay 6%, 5% or even 4% commission to
brokers for helping them sell their properties, especially when the
homesellers prefer to be in control of marketing their homes.
Please, make no mistake: some real estate transactions are very complex
and
require a lot of brokers' and agents' time, efforts and - yes! - money
before they close and checks are disbursed. In those situations, 6%, 7%
or even higher commissions paid to brokers are well justified.
But oftentimes all you need as an educated homeseller is that one buyer
and
not a complex marketing, especially if your home is in great condition
and your price is very competitive. All you need is just a word spread

How we differ from other discount brokers
Our difference is very simple: we don't pretend to do what we can't do. You
may
have seen or heard of "discount brokers" who provide customers (often
quite poorly) with reduced services and charge lower fees. But if you
want, they say, they can provide you with the "full service" package
and charge that same 5%-6% commission that full service brokerages do.
Have you ever wondered why somebody would offer full service option
being a discount broker? Would they really have all resources needed or
would they just list your property on the MLS and passively wait for a
buyer to materialize?
We do not provide full service real estate brokerage because we are simply not in the business of full service real estate brokerage!
While providing quality services to our customers and clients, we
realize that quality comes from being excellent at one thing rather
than being mediocre at many. We believe it is important to be
absolutely honest with our customers and clients and, therefore, when
somebody really needs a full service broker, we are always happy to
refer them to one.
